CHICAGO (CBS) – At least five people have been killed and eight others injured in shootings across the city since Saturday.

At least two of the victims are under 18 years of age.

During the first photo shoot this weekend, a 16-year-old boy was shot and killed on Friday night in the South Austin neighborhood.

Police say around 5:25 pm the boy was shot and killed by an unknown suspect in Block 300 of North Laramie Avenue.

The victim was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition with a gunshot wound to the body.

Late in the evening, a 13-year-old was shot and killed as he stood on the sidewalk of 1100 North Lawler Avenue Block in the Austin neighborhood around 8:35 PM

The victim was standing with a friend as the black SUV fired the shots, police said.

He was rushed by the Chicago Fire Department in good condition to Stroger Hospital with a gunshot wound to his left ankle.

A man was shot while driving in a small village on Friday night.

The victim, 26, was driving the vehicle in block 2800 South Komensky Avenue around 10:39 pm, when a passenger on a black motorcycle fired shots.

The victim was shot in the arm and taken by CFD in good condition to Mt Sinai Hospital.

In the other photos from 5:00 p.m. on Friday to 5:00 a.m. on Monday:

· At 1:24 AM Saturday, at Block 1400 West Roosevelt Road, a 25-year-old woman was driving westbound Roosevelt when shots were fired from the vehicle. The victim was transported in reasonable condition to Stroger with a gunshot wound to his left leg.

· At 12:37 PM Saturday, 1700 West 43rd Street Block, a man and woman were driving westbound on 43rd Street when a Ford limo passenger fired the shots. A 21-year-old man went to the Holy Cross and was transported to Mount Sinai in critical condition with gunshot wounds to his body. A 19-year-old woman was transported to the Holy Cross and also transferred to Mount Sinai in critical condition with bullet wounds to her face and neck.

At 1:26 am Saturday, in block 7100 on North Clark Street, two men were standing in the parking lot as a group of people fired shots. A 37-year-old man was dropped off in St. Francis with gunshot wounds to the chest and presumed dead. The 36-year-old man was also taken to St. Francis in critical condition with gunshot wounds to the stomach and back.

At 2:04 on Saturday, at block 11800 South Hale Avenue, a 30-year-old man was in the back yard attending a rally when a famous man fired shots. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the body and was presumed dead at the scene.

At 1:57 AM Saturday, in block 5200 West Ferdinand Street, a man was standing on the sidewalk with a large group of people as the shots were fired. The victim was transported by CFD with gunshot wounds to the body to Stroger Hospital and was presumed dead.

· At 3:58 AM Saturday, at 2400 West Ogdon Avenue, a 30-year-old man was found on the street with gunshot wounds to his chest and presumed dead on the spot.

At 4:08 am Saturday, in block 2400 South Homan, a 31-year-old man was in a car driving north on Homan when he heard gunshots and then felt pain. He himself was transported to the Mt. Sinai with one gunshot wound to the back in good condition.

Under no circumstances is anyone under arrest. Area detectives are investigating.

It is a developing story.
