A French security guard has been charged with aggravated assault on two women and a third with sexual assault.

Mandy was charged with aggravated assault on August 26, 2020, sexual assault on a woman in early January this year, and alleged assault in August.
The alleged attack, on three different women, including one under the age of 18, is said to have taken place at her home address on Inner Road in Presbytery, Cheshire.
One of the alleged abuses is said to have taken place at his home in August while he was on police bail for other sexual offenses.
Mandy had filed two previous unsuccessful bail applications.
Prosecutor Debbie Byrne told the court that one of the conditions for Mandy’s bail was that she should not have house parties.
But, in August, police were called to his home where there was a party of 21 people. Ms Byrne added that she was then arrested on another charge of rape and allegedly violated her bail conditions.
