Doctor Banana A woman has taken youths into a life of crime, Tory MP. They say

Young men are taking offense after a conservative lawmaker suggested that Doctor Who, Ghostbusters and other positive male screen roles be replaced by women.

Nick Fletcher stated that there appears to be a “small yet very vocal minority” who want a female replacement for “every male character or good role model”.

He told lawmakers that this has left the men in the crime drama Peaky Blinders, with Tommy Shelby as his screen role model, and Craze as his screen role model, before asking: “Is it any wonder we see so many young people committing crimes? are you?”

Jodie Whitaker is the first female doctor, while an all-female line-up starred in the 2016 remake of Ghostbusters.

Mr Fletcher’s remarks came as he led a debate on International Men’s Day at Westminster Hall.

The Don Valley MP highlighted the difficulties faced by young boys – many of whom were “backward” in school.

He stressed the need for “positive” male role models for boys and pressured the government to help in its efforts to encourage more men to become teachers.

Mr Fletcher also summed up the debate: “I want to reiterate something that seems very topical at the moment – though much more so for women than men – and that men have their own identity and need for masculinity to be something that Which can be celebrated occasionally instead of constantly defaming.

“Everywhere, at least in the cultural realm, there seems to be a call from a small yet very vocal minority that every male character or good role model should have a female replacement.

“The only discussion we need to see is who will play James Bond next – and it’s not just James Bond.

“In recent years we’ve seen Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, Luke Skywalker, Equalizer all replaced by women, and the men left with Cray and Tommy Shelby.

“Is it any wonder that we are seeing so many youths committing crimes?

“These programs make crime quieter. Trust me, a lifetime in prison is no good and neither is living with the memory of a stabbed son or daughter.”

Mr Fletcher had previously asked boys to “form their own clubs – just as girls need their own clubs”.

He added: “Indeed, it’s a wonderful thing that girls’ football is on TV, it’s great that female tennis stars are finally getting paid as much as their male counterparts, and as fathers of a daughter themselves. I want to applaud everyone who has corrected this wrong and hundreds of other injustices.”
