Rapper Kanye West said Donald Trump was “really impressed” by white nationalist Nick Fuentes when the three met in Mar-a-Lago recently.

In a video posted on his Twitter account, West discusses a meeting he had between himself, the former president, and Fuentes, a Holocaust denier and leader of the far-right group “Groyper Army.”

In a clip shot in Los Angeles, California, West said Trump was “most concerned” when the hip-hop star asked him to be his running mate for the 2024 election.

West, who recently confirmed his intention to run for president again after failing to run in 2020, then described how “the fact that I came in with the interview” also surprised Trump during a meeting at his home in Florida.

“Trump is really impressed with Nick Fuentes,” West said. “And Nick Fuentes, unlike many lawyers and many people he stayed with during his 2020 campaign, is actually a loyalist.”

In a 2019 livestream, Fuentes compared the Holocaust to baking cookies in an oven, saying “the math doesn’t add up” that 6 million people died.

This is last minute news.
