This weekend is close to breaking record temperatures for November.

New England is poised for an exceptionally warm weekend with temperatures set to hit record levels in November.

Temperatures across southern New England will remain within the highs of the 60s and lows of the 70s on Friday and Saturday, within 10 degrees of their all-time high, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday is the best bet to break the record as Boston is expected to break the 2015 high of 73 degrees. However, some meteorologists think The temperatures on Sunday will be lower than expected.

Monday is expected to stay in the mid-1970s across the region. By Tuesday, the weather will cool down to the 1950s and 1960s, the National Weather Service said.
