bay area should be created
to save open space

Do you like to drive every weekday, then Saturday and Sunday too? Now is your opportunity to address it. In 2022, each Bay Area city is working on a “housing element,” which includes zoning and property planning for single-family homes, apartments, mixed-use areas, everything.

Growth and change are part of life, and we need housing. But what if we stopped expanding into golden hills and fields, and instead left our landscapes for hiking, biking, agriculture, and sightseeing. Instead imagine some center around town with four to six storeys of dwellings, a ground floor with bookstores, florists, cafes, small grocers and a few offices. Almost Paris-like atmosphere. Some 5 to 15 minute transit lines serving these centers will spare you the driving and parking.

Tell your city if you would like these neighborhood centers. they are listening. I would love to protect the hills I grew up exploring.

Don’t paint all the GOP
as supporting Trump

I’m a long-term Republican, and I don’t personally know of any Republicans who: believe the election was fraudulent; belief that Trump is the legitimate leader of the party; January 6, 2021, support the rebellion.

This political mantra of painting all Republicans with the same brush is the next big lie.

May 6th warn
to protect democracy

,remember Remember the fifth of November! There is a reference to Guy Fawkes Day, an annual commemoration celebrated in November for the failed plot by a group of English Catholics to assassinate the Protestant King James in 1605.

We should take a lesson from the British and celebrate 6th January; One day remembering the unsuccessful plot by the rebels to reverse the results of a fair and free election, which, as our 46th President, led Joseph R. Elected Biden. A year after the mob stormed the Capitol, many Republicans no longer remember that their initial reactions were to hold all the anti-national rioters accountable for their actions.

I propose to the President and Congress to declare January 6 as National Memorial Day, to call it “Defense of Democracy”, to help everyone to take note of the horrific events of the nearly overthrow of our government. and remind us to be ever vigilant.

need for wildlife corridor
LA to Vegas Rail Line

California Governor Gavin Newsom should demand the proposed resolution Los Angeles to Las Vegas Electric Railway There are wildlife corridors to protect the desert wild sheep. Wildlife corridors will give sheep a way to safely move onto tracks – a path that could mean the difference between life and death.

Bighorn sheep face growing threats to their existence. Freeways and housing developments underpin their housing. Warming temperatures from climate change dry up the seasonal springs they use for water. A type of pneumonia spread from domestic sheep is fatal to bighorns. As they lose habitat and climate change intensifies, wild sheep need to relocate to find food and water. Traveling to different mountain ranges gives the bighorn the ability to mate with other populations of sheep. This strengthens their gene pool.

It is misleading to promote a project as sustainable without wildlife corridors. It is not sustainable for wild sheep.

America must confront the GOP
push against democracy

I wonder how other democracies will even handle a president who refused to give up and instead did everything possible.
