Man accused of murder after woman is found dead in her own house



A man has been charged with murder after a woman died at his home in Pontypridd.

The body of 65-year-old June Fox-Roberts was discovered on Sunday at around 2.45 p.m. at her home in Lantwit Fardre, St.



South Wales Police said 25-year-old Luke Deely has been charged with murder, with the Pontypridd man due to appear before Merthyr Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

The circumstances of Ms Fox-Robert’s death have not been made public, but on Tuesday the force said officers attended the property after being contacted by a family member concerned.



The force said it has increased patrolling and officers are conducting door-to-door inquiries and getting information from the public.
