Two long lanes for drivers. Custom windows. And a dozen tables outside in the shade of red umbrellas.
Laska-fil-A today opened its first next generation restaurant for Silicon Valley and is designed to meet the needs of guests on the go. The drive-thru is located on Silver Creek Valley Road, east of Highway 101 in South San Jose, and will serve customers Monday through Saturday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM on vehicle lanes and until 9:30 PM at 8:00 PM. export windows.
Franchise owner Zach Jones will hire 150 full-time and part-time employees at this location.
Why is there no seat inside? Chick-fil-A research found that customers in this market did not have a strong desire to eat inside, so the company’s focus was on commuters and other take-away customers. A spokesman said that thanks to double entry and multiple walk-up windows, waiting times for orders should be minimized.
A fast food chain famous for decades for its simple concept of chicken and bread roll pickles now only cooks chicken breasts without antibiotics. For a limited time only, restaurants will serve a pickled Grilled Spicy Deluxe sandwich on a multi-grain brioche roll with Colby-Jack cheese and an optional coriander and lime sauce. The Milkshake Autumn Spice cocktail has also joined the menu.
The opening of Silver Creek Valley is associated with a $ 25,000 donation to Feeding America, the company announced.
