UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of domestic violence, according to several reports.
Deputies responded to a house in a hidden mountain area shortly after midnight with a domestic distress call. ESPN Is informed. Investigators determined that a physical altercation had taken place and that Liddell had been taken into custody.
Liddle and his wife were involved in the altercation, but they did not need medical attention. TMZ.
The 51-year-old man was booked at Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station at 1:56 a.m. and was released on 20,000 bail, according to Sheriff’s Department prisoner records.
He was released later Monday morning, according to TMZ.
Known as “The Iceman”, Liddell retired from the UFC in 2010 as a per-view draw, according to ESPN. He returned in 2018 for the same fight with former rival Tattoo Ortiz, but was knocked out in the first round.
